After reading through the mediocre material written by MSNBC and NBC about China. I have decided to respond to the lies by MSNBC and NBC as well as other Western Media who are either ignorant of the realities of China or are racists. I am beginning to conclude that the Western Media in its coverage of China is nothing more than a publicity seeking money making machine that preys on the people with the intention of creating hatred. The Western

Let me make my position clear; I do not aprove of China’s treatment of the Tibetan people, and I do believe action on our part may pressure China to make changes. I do not, however, believe that boycotting the Olympics is the best course of action because it is simply not hisotrically effective, where other forms of protest are.
Being on the ‘pro-Tibet’ side is fashionable these days, and though I have no doubt that many of those who are

Beijing is the capital of China and its capital of good food as well. When you’re in Beijing, you can rest assure that the food you get will be twice what you expected and most certainly not like your regular take-out back home.
If you want a fine dining experience like no other; try The Courtyard, located on Donghuamen Avenue. Probably one of Beijing’s most famous restaurants and with reason going beyond just food, this restaurant’s setting in courtyard

This year’s Olympics are one of the most politically-charged in the history of the games, and in the wake of protests along the torch’s relay route in London and France, the atmosphere of unrest has grown even more pronounced. If United States athletes could attend the 1936 Olympics in Germany with Adolf Hitler overseeing, why would there be a question as to whether we should attend the 2008 Olympics in Beijing? It is ridiculous for anyone to even pose the question. Have we evolved or digressed?
The Olympic motto is “Citius Altius Fortius” translated “Faster, Higher, Stronger” intended to express the aspiration of the Olympic Movement whose charter clearly states that its fundamental principals in part are
